What does a Restoration Technician do?

• Effectively and efficiently perform demolition on each job
• Manage and coordinate equipment monitoring and pick up with Homeowners
• Communicate with the Department Manager, Mitigation Coordinator, and Insurance Carrier of all work being performed and any issues that may arise.
• Set up and pick up equipment
• Photograph and document every part of the job from start to finish.
• Communicate with the Homeowner on the process of the mitigation.

Team Requirements:

• 2 years of Restoration Experience
• WRT, FSRT, and ASD certifications preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• MICA, MoistureMapper, TSheets, and DASH experience preferred
• Must be available for mandatory overtime and weekly on-call rotation
• Must be able to work individually or as a team
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test
• Must have a clean driving record

Before You Can Take the Field:
We require a drug and background and check. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
